The Company is a major supplier of manufactured and remanufactured trailer chassis for carriage of containers used in ocean and rail freight to a diverse group of end users as well as to leasing companies that supply chassis to various clients. Remanufactured units are produced in such a way as to be comparable to new ones with the added benefit to the customer of being free of Federal Excise Tax.
The Company has a full complement of manufacturing equipment, jigs and fixtures used to support their manufacturing processes. They are located close to several major highways, near major port facilities and have a 22 acre parcel allowing them to offer storage services to clients. They operate from a single facility of close to 200,000 square feet.
